“Armenia continues to transport weapons to the Azerbaijani territories where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily deployed”. These words said the Azerbaijan Deputy Vugar İsgandarov while talking about the current situation in Karabakh.
According to the words of the deputy, the Armenian administration is dangerous and focused on disrupting the peace at any moment:
“It should be reminded that today, on March 20, 2023, one of our soldiers was wounded in the direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border, where Armenia’s European Union mission is located, and 2 of our soldiers were wounded on March 5th. Our soldiers are martyred during the provocation organized by the fugitive Armenian military units in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan. This needs to be ended. All this is being done in the territory of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed, and the world public still remains silent on this situation”. -İsgandarov said.
Then, deputy İsgandarov, especially in recent days, intensified the transport of humanitarian support, ammunition, mines and other military equipment from Armenia to illegal Armenian armed groups in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed:
“Despite the numerous requests and negotiations made by Azerbaijan on this issue, the Armenian side did not take the necessary steps to prevent the transportation of weapons and other military equipment. Considering the silence of the world public opinion and the fact that they are only following the current situation, Azerbaijan started its own struggle against such provocative steps of Armenia, and today, all of the Armenians’ weapons transport vehicles are under the control of Azerbaijan”.-İsgandarov said.
