Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s repeated calls to world leaders and ceasefire calls for a meeting in Moscow on October 9 and the immediate violation of the humanitarian ceasefire agreement announced on October 10 at 4 p.m.
VOİCEPRESS informs that, the statement came from political scientist Aynur Jamalgizi, head of the Telegraph Media Group. She said that the shooting of civilians from Armenia is to inflict an adequate blow on Azerbaijan and increase the scale of the conflict:
“However, this policy has been going on for more than 10 days, and I think there are other reasons for the attack on Ganja last night, which killed many civilians.
The point is that Armenia wanted to demonstrate its serious support for the humanitarian ceasefire as a party that complies with international calls, to show compliance with military rules. She had high hopes that with the successful operation of the Azerbaijani Army on the front and the great enthusiasm of the people, “Continue the war!” The Azerbaijani government will abandon the Moscow talks and will not agree to a humanitarian ceasefire. As a result, Armenia will have a great opportunity to present Azerbaijan as an “aggressor” in the international arena.
The opposite happened: Azerbaijan agreed to a humanitarian ceasefire and took away this opportunity that Armenia was trying to use for propaganda. A humanitarian ceasefire came into force on October 10 at 12:00. This means that the bodies of soldiers who died on the battlefields had to be collected, and at the same time the prisoners had to be exchanged.
A.Jamalgizi said that the terrible process for Armenia actually started here:
“More than 5,000 families in Armenia have no information about their children and are looking for them,” he said. Families who spread photos of their children say they have not heard from them for days. In response to a request to the Armenian Defense Ministry, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, an official of the ministry, openly admitted. He said that the current list of dead (Armenia has so far announced the names of 430 dead soldiers – ed.) was announced for the corpses in their possession. The missing are unaware of the bodies left on the battlefield, so the soldier called on families to be “understanding.” Hovhannisyan even noted that this is not the First Karabakh War, nor the April War, it is a horror. Of course, when he said “horror”, she meant the word for Armenia.
Now imagine for yourself: what would happen if the bodies of more than 5,000 Armenian soldiers were collected from the battlefields and sent to Armenia for burial? Are the Armenian people ready to meet 5,000 corpses on the same day? How will Nikol Pashinyan respond to those families for their children killed in Karabakh and foreign lands? Will the people not revolt? ”
The political scientist also drew attention to the recent statement of the leader of the Karabakh separatist terrorists Araik Harutyunyan on this issue:
Harutyunyan’s children responded to the appeals of the missing families to use and be informed about the humanitarian ceasefire, saying that the “humanitarian ceasefire” is not working at the moment, the process of collecting corpses and exchanging prisoners is not going on, because “fighting continues.” However, in parallel with Harutyunyan’s statement, the Armenian Defense Ministry announced that large artillery strikes had stopped, only small-caliber weapons were used in different directions of the front, and there were skirmishes.
If the artillery is silent to observe the humanitarian ceasefire and the Red Cross declares its readiness to act, why does Armenia refuse to collect corpses from the battlefield?
On the other hand, just yesterday evening, the Armenian authorities announced that the Red Cross had already started operating in some areas. So what happened? Why was their activity stopped and who stopped it?
A.Jamalgizi noted that this is the reason for the heavy blow inflicted on Ganja at night and the massacre of civilians:
“Armenia was looking for an excuse not to collect corpses from the battlefield, and to get this excuse, it dealt a heavy blow to Ganja. Of course, she is well aware that the issue of a “humanitarian ceasefire” is already in serious doubt.”
